These terms govern access to CaptionFlow and its video captioning features.

Using CaptionFlow
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You may upload only content you have the right to process. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware or interfere with the service.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew at the interval and price shown during Stripe Checkout until canceled. Subscription management, invoices and cancellation are available through the Stripe billing portal in Settings. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
AI output and exports
Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language and accent. Review captions before publishing. Export time and availability can vary with video length and current processing load.
Account termination
You can delete your account in Settings. Active subscriptions are canceled before account deletion is completed. We may restrict abusive use that threatens the service or other users.
