This page explains what CaptionFlow processes when you create an account, upload a video and use the editor.

Information we process
We process your account details, subscription status, project data, uploaded videos, generated subtitles and exported videos to provide the service. Technical logs may contain timestamps, request status and diagnostic information.
Service providers
CaptionFlow relies on Supabase for authentication and project data, Stripe for payments, a hosted Whisper-compatible provider for transcription, and DigitalOcean/Coolify for application hosting. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by CaptionFlow.
Video processing and retention
Videos are processed to generate subtitles and exports. Project source files remain available while the project exists. Generated download files may be removed after a short operational period. Account deletion removes the account, projects and isolated media files from the active service.
Your choices
